What kind of businesses do you work with?
We support established, growing businesses (typically £5–50m turnover) where operations need to catch up with growth, and leadership wants a stronger, more scalable way of working.
Do you offer one-off consultancy or ongoing support?
We start by taking a look at what’s going on in your business. That helps us decide the best approach; whether that’s a targeted project to get key foundations in place, or ongoing support as your operations partner.
What makes your approach different?
We don’t just hand over recommendations. We work with your people, build capability inside the business, and use practical tools that actually get implemented. Everything is based on real-world operational experience – not theory.
Can you train my team as well as advise leadership?
Yes. Strengthening operations is about structure and people. We work with leadership on clarity and accountability and through the Operations Academy, we give Operations Managers the tools, confidence, and support to lead day-to-day performance.
Do you only work with businesses in the North East?
No. While we are based in the North East, we support businesses across the UK. Site visits can be included when needed, and we also deliver remote support to keep momentum fast and flexible.
